Scotland travel to Durham for the annual England-Scotland Over 70 international on Wednesday 7 March 2018.

We will play in blue shirts, blue shorts and blue socks. Sandy Weir will bring international shirts and players should bring your own official Scotland shorts and socks. Please also bring a couple of practice balls.
There is no information yet about pitch costs or the cost of a light bite (soft drinks only) after the match organised by England. You can expect to be asked to pay your share of the cost of presentations.

Everyone should be at the ground by 12:30 at the latest. If you are travelling by train, please allow at least 30 minutes to reach the ground from the station (preferably organise a lift from a fellow player as taxis can be difficult to find).
Directions from the South
Leave the A1(M) at the A177 (Bowburn and Peterlee) junction 61. Take the exit signposted Bowburn from the roundabout. Continue on this road for approximately 3 miles. At this stage you will see the Rose Tree Pub on your left. Go over the bridge and on the right hand side you will see the Sports Centre playing Fields.
Directions from the North
Leave the A1(M) at the A690 (Durham) junction 62. Follow the road for just over 2 miles towards the centre of Durham and at the second roundabout take the first exit (left) on to the bridge across the river (New Elvet). Follow New Elvet until it forks, taking the left hand fork (Hallgarth Street). Take the first exit (A177 Bowburn/Peterlee) at the roundabout, and you will see the Sports Centre playing fields on your left.
